Internal Competitions

Some available grant opportunities limit the number of applications that can be submitted by our institution. This type of funding announcement is commonly called a Limited Submission Opportunity.

We have developed an internal competition procedure to select the applicants that will submit to this grant on behalf of the institution. If you are interested in submitting an application for a limited submission opportunity, you must fill out the Statement of Intent to Participate in an Internal Competition form by the established deadline. If you do not submit a Statement of Intent, you will not be able to participate in the internal competition. Once we know whether the proposal limit for a specific opportunity is exceeded or not, we will then determine if it will be necessary to submit a pre-proposal document to the R&DC for internal review.
