The R&D Administration & Services branch is responsible for overseeing all post-award services and provide support to R&D Center tenants within its premises.
Administration & Services coordinates, distributes, and supervises all work performed by the following seven offices:
- Accounting & Finance
- Human Resources
- Information Systems
- Operation & Maintenance
- Receiving & Dispatch
- To R&D Center Tenants

As the Administration Office is responsible for overseeing all matters related to the Research & Development Center’s infrastructure, here we provide key information that must be taken into consideration when planning any kind of change or addition to our facilities.
Our office has to follow all institutional procedures set forth by the UPRM Chancellor’s Office, UPR Presidents Office, and the UPR Board of Directors.
